The iViewer offers exciting potential for residential developers and their agents, making it possible to present new homes as interactive 3D environments that potential buyers can explore freely. Instead of being restricted to a pre-ordained flythrough path, buyers are able to choose where they look and access all areas of a new building, helping to build their confidence and readiness to buy.Our interactive virtual showhomes are fully furnished according to the developers specification, and are finished to the same high level of detail, quality and realism as our traditional 3D walkthroughs and static renderings. In fact, we can use the same 3D model to deliver not just the interactive iViewer application, but also a full set of images and animations for DVD, the web and advertising.

As the iViewer is based on computer gaming technology, interactive models published using the iViewer can be programmed with as much interactivity as you require. As standard, the interface will include all navigational controls, allowing users to view 3D floor plans or ‘walkthrough’ the space from ‘first person perspective’. Additional controls can be included, such as the ability to toggle between different kitchen styles, different flooring types, night and day, furnished and unfurnished and so on. We can also include people within the scenes – perhaps a virtual agent to welcome potential buyers to the property or a virtual family shown enjoying the space? You might also wish to include voiceovers within the model, which can be triggered as a user enters a specific room. Thanks to our innovative system, which can use an online model database to reload the models each time the application is opened, we can also ensure that your models can be updated and modified when necessary, and ensure that potential buyers are always looking at the most up-to-date information. For example, you may wish to indicate which units are already sold, or present prices and completion dates, which will be updated regularly.
